Along with her husband, Audain Brown, Adelle pastors V. I. Christian Ministries (VICM). Starting out in 1983 as a small prayer group consisting of three people, VICM grew rapidly in response to the hunger for spiritual change on the island of St. Thomas.

Most recently, the ministry has a erected a church sanctuary after first focusing on the completion of a Youth & Bowling Center where families can unite for fun, fellowship and God's Word.
